This Privacy Policy describes how Skelly Pest Control, LLC ("Skelly Pest Control," "we," "us") handles information within our internal route management and billing software (the "App"). The App is an internal business tool used by Skelly Pest Control's owners and staff to manage client accounts, scheduling, and payment records, including a sync with QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping.
The App stores information that Skelly Pest Control enters about its own clients and business operations, including:
We do not collect information from the general public through the App itself. A separate public request form on our marketing website may collect a visitor's name and contact information if they choose to request service; that information is used only to follow up on the request.
Information in the App is used solely for Skelly Pest Control's own business operations: scheduling and completing pest control services, billing clients, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records. When connected, client and payment records may be synced with QuickBooks Online (operated by Intuit Inc.) so that records match between both systems.
App data is stored using Supabase, a third-party database and authentication provider, and access to the App is restricted to authorized Skelly Pest Control users through a login. QuickBooks data is stored and secured by Intuit under its own security practices.
We do not sell or rent client information to third parties. Information is shared only as necessary to operate the business, including with QuickBooks Online (Intuit) for bookkeeping purposes when that integration is connected, and with our database provider (Supabase) as necessary to operate the App.
Client and payment records are retained for as long as needed for Skelly Pest Control's ongoing business and recordkeeping purposes.
