This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the internal route management and billing software (the "App") owned and operated by Skelly Pest Control, LLC ("Skelly Pest Control," "we," "us"). The App is an internal business tool and is not offered for sale, license, or use by the general public.
Skelly Pest Control grants its owners and authorized employees a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the App solely for the purpose of operating Skelly Pest Control's pest control business, including client management, scheduling, billing, and bookkeeping (including syncing with QuickBooks Online).
The App, including its software, design, and content, is the property of Skelly Pest Control, LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to any user.
The App may be used only for legitimate business purposes related to Skelly Pest Control's operations. Users may not use the App to store or process information unrelated to the business, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
The App integrates with third-party services, including Supabase (for data storage) and QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc., for bookkeeping sync). Use of those services is also subject to those providers' own terms and policies.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Skelly Pest Control does not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skelly Pest Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Access to the App may be suspended or terminated by Skelly Pest Control at any time, including upon a user's departure from the business.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
